Houses are built using 1/2" cabinet grade plywood they weigh approx. 250lbs more or less assembled. Finished models have 1/4" foam-board for walls and ceilings. Color chart sent upon request. Wiring can be done on any of the models you order. Ask for pricing on Shell models. Shingles are hand cut heavy cardboard and hand painted to look like shingles. Approx. measurements are 72"Wx24"Dx52"H Some measurements can be changed to allow for door sizes in your home. Curtains are not included in complete model of this house the curtains are just paper dollies cut to fit windows for looks. |
