This style has changed to open in the back instead of the front of the house, it is easier accessible from the attic. The windows being in the front made the structure unstable when opening.

Houses are built using 1/2" cabinet grade plywood they weigh approx. 250lbs more or less assembled. Finished models have 1/4" foam-board for walls and ceilings. Color chart sent upon request. Wiring can be done on any of the models you order. Ask for pricing on Shell models. Shingles are hand cut heavy cardboard and hand painted to look like shingles. The lower windows are no longer available Windows on the second floor are still available, top floor windows are a double hung window but do not open anymore like the ones on this photo. |
